1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS Access and use of the website www.expomexihome.com (hereinafter, “the Site”) implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the corresponding Privacy Notice.

The user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions established herein. ERUWISE S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “the Company”), organizer of EXPO MEXIHOME, reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The modifications will take effect at the moment of their publication on the Site.

2. OBJECTIVE OF THE SITE The main purpose of the Site is to disseminate information and offer services related to EXPO MEXIHOME, including:

General information about dates, venues, and activities.
Registration of visitors and exhibitors.
Sale or reservation of booths.
Promotion of participating brands, products, and services.
Dissemination of valuable content for the sector.
Communication with exhibitors, sponsors, visitors, and media.

The use of the Site is for informational and commercial purposes, and any contracting of services or spaces will also be governed by the specific contracts formalized between the parties.

3. PROPER USE OF THE SITE The user agrees to use the Site responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with the law.

The following is strictly prohibited:

Using the Site to carry out illicit, fraudulent, or activities contrary to morals and good customs.
Accessing, altering, or damaging the Company’s information, systems, or databases.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Site —including texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, photographs, designs, icons, trademarks, and software— is the property of ERUWISE S.A. DE C.V., EXPO MEXIHOME, or their respective owners, and is protected by Mexican and international legislation on copyright and industrial property.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without the prior written consent of the Company constitutes a legal infringement sanctioned by law.

6. SALES, RESERVATIONS, AND PAYMENTS Should the Site offer paid services (such as booth reservation or registration), the user accepts that:

Every transaction is subject to confirmation and availability.
Prices, promotions, and conditions may be modified without prior notice.
Payments will only be made through the means authorized by the Company.
The issuance of invoices will be carried out according to the tax data provided by the user.
Any cancellation or refund will be governed by the specific policies of the event or contracted service.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ERUWISE S.A. DE C.V. does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site nor is it responsible for interruptions, errors, viruses, or technical failures that could affect its operation.

It is also not responsible for direct or indirect damages derived from the use or impossibility of using the Site. Likewise, the Company is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties through links, banners, or mentions within the Site.

8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES The Site may include links to external websites. These links are provided solely for the user’s convenience.

ERUWISE S.A. DE C.V. does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content or policies of these external sites, so access to them is the sole responsibility of the user.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA All personal information provided by users will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on the Site and the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

10. PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS AND SERVICES Participation as an exhibitor, sponsor, or visitor in EXPO MEXIHOME will be governed by the specific regulations and contracts corresponding to each modality.

The Company reserves the right of admission and to modify the logistical or commercial conditions of the event when necessary due to force majeure, legal provision, or security reasons.

11. OWNERSHIP OF THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS AND CONTENT The logos, trade names, or trademarks of third parties that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification or promotion purposes within the framework of the exhibition. Their use does not imply a direct commercial relationship or transfer of rights.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

Any controversy arising in relation to their interpretation or fulfillment will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
